Are you taking on new patients?
Yes — we warmly welcome new private patients of all ages. Please note we're not currently accepting new NHS patients.
Do you see nervous or anxious patients?
Absolutely. We take extra time to put nervous patients at ease and offer oral sedation where it's helpful.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
Yes — we keep time aside for same-day dental emergencies. Call us as early in the day as you can.
How much is a new patient examination?
A new patient examination is £90 and includes a full check-up and oral cancer screening.
How often should I have a check-up?
We usually recommend a check-up every six months, though your dentist will advise what's right for you.
Do you offer teeth whitening?
Yes — we offer professional Boutique and Enlighten whitening, with prices from £250.
Do you offer dental implants?
Yes. We offer free implant consultations to talk through the best options for replacing missing teeth.
Can you straighten my teeth?
Yes — we offer discreet short-term orthodontics with ClearCorrect and Six Month Smiles.
How long does teeth whitening take?
Most patients see results within two to three weeks. We take moulds at your first visit and fit your bespoke home-whitening trays around two weeks later.
Do you offer composite bonding?
Yes — composite bonding can enhance your smile in a single visit, from £350 per tooth.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Please let us know about any access requirements when you book, and we'll do everything we can to make your visit comfortable.
Where are you, and is there parking?
You'll find us at 146 Bedford Street, Crewe, CW2 6JG, with free on-site parking at the practice.
Are you an NHS dentist?
We have a small number of existing NHS patients but aren't currently taking on new NHS patients.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a list of any medications and a note of any concerns or treatment goals.
Can I switch to your practice?
Of course — switching to our practice is quick and easy, and you can change dentists as often as you like.
What payment options do you provide for treatments?
We accept cash and debit or credit cards (except American Express); we don't take cheques. Finance is available through a third party on treatments over £300.
